The Hidden Power of Chakras

April 26, 2017 by Marge Bowen

THE HIDDEN POWER OF CHAKRAS

Chakras are energy centers in the front and back of your body. The Seven (7) Major Chakras interact with our body and other energy fields. Understanding the symbolism, connections and meaning of each chakra can offer you choices as you face your life lessons and progress in body, mind and spirit throughout life.

Stress can diminish the frequency of chakras. Many frequency tools exist to support a full resonance in the chakra fields. Essential oils, color, sound, crystals and positive beliefs and thoughts all help support the chakra system.

To learn more about these beautiful fields and how to optimize your chakra system, go to Facebook Page: Journey Through Spirit.

On that page you’ll see an opportunity to learn about each of the 7 Major Chakras during the Chakra Challenge: 7 Days to Amazing and The Hidden Power of Chakras.

Touch for Health Kinesiology Classes

April 15, 2017 by Marge Bowen

TOUCH FOR HEALTH KINESIOLOGY

Touch for Health is a kinesiology system designed to teach anyone simple kinesiology techniques to balance 14 major muscles and create flow in their corresponding meridians. Once muscle function and flow are restored, a balance can take place in the body, mind and energy.

I love teaching Touch for Health as it supports people in shifting their idea of the body/mind connection and empowers them with tools to positively affect their well-being on a daily basis.

Touch for Health is taught in 4 levels – each is a 2-day class and is taught all over the world. For more information about Touch for Health, go to www.touchforhealth.us.
