What life cycle are you experiencing? Examples of life cycles are pursuing an education, child rearing, building financial security, retiring, and even life/death cycles or losing loved ones.
Life cycles have a way of illuminating beliefs, thoughts and behaviors that limit who we are in any given situation. This can be a time of great frustration and even pain because we usually resort to old sub-conscious patterns during times of great stress. However, what is also true is that it is during these challenging times that we have the potential to learn the most about ourselves. This isn’t always easy! It requires a commitment to take responsibility for ourselves, an openness to learn and a gentle compassion for our imperfections.
One of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received in my life is knowing about Energy Kinesiology and seeing a kinesiology practitioner. When I’ve been in a big stress and can’t clearly see my part in creating or adding to my stress, a kinesiology session helped me to understand my survival patterns in stress and how to change my belief. thoughts or even actions so that I can move through the next stress with greater ease and comfort.
